    Day 15/30 - following the lead from New York idea No.3 around identifying the perpetrators. Use mobile CCTV to monitor hotspots and to build up evidence.

    Been introduced to book ‘The Tipping Point’. All about stopping the small misdemeanours to prevent real society issues. At what point do we agree that Graffitti in Bristol is the start to running down our lovely city?
