yes, I always try to depict everything at the proper scale, based on structural information from the Protein Data Bank

When you say “whatever you want to do with it”, does that come with any limitations?

A few--the "science" category needs to focus on presenting the virus structure and function, but the "art" category is completely open. Also, the image needs to use CellPAINT in some or all of the image creation. It will all be explained when we announce the contest.

Hey that illustration is gorgeous and I'd love to see a video explanation of what's going on there. If you are up to and haven't done anything like that before, I can have something setup at to help out laypeople to appreciate this piece.
