Different company involved, but pretty much expecting Exelon to do the same here in MD. They've been pushing for legislation to classify nuclear as 1st tier renewable, as well as support for an expansion of Calvert Cliffs nuke power station.

Take a look at one of the main opponents to the legislation though.
