i dont think many people are like "ok, sure" about 25% think "this is good actually" 25% think "this is bad, we should change it" 25% think "change is hard and unpopular so im not going to do it" and the remaining 25% don't know/care because they dont really follow politics.

I dunno. The activist left is out beyond the comfort zone of the median voter, sure, but the *entire* right is united around racism, reactionary religion, and hardcore abortion prohibition. It's about contrast.

Yes except the fact that many voters aren’t informed on policy means they aren’t primarily voting on it. One big learning of past few years should be voters don’t care or are easily swayed on policy. Large chunk of voters just see the white supremacy and are like that’s my guy
