    Good discussion. How to represent epidemiological data to stimulate public debate. How to include social and human repercussions of outbreaks in different countries and health systems. Zika is not included but the impact on women and children is immense and hard to measure.

    1. Lots of talk about potentially asymptomatic people transmitting the novel . I think the more accurate term would be "subclinical". These individuals may be shedding virus and transmitting to others but are not sick enough to seek medical care.

    Single biggest modifiable risk factor is malnutrition. And should get the same focus as vaccination. We need to improve our approach to sick children - malnutrition, measles, malaria, diarrhoea, anaemia are all part of this vulnerability soup
