Hmm I should look into arch exercises and maybe the toe straightening stuff - anything stand out as particularly good? I have flat and generally rather crap feet and should be nicer to them given I like walking so much

Things I am currently somewhat confident in: * Paying attention to your arch position when standing and deliberately raising them (and standing enough to practice this). * Barefoot shoes * Tennis ball foot massages (ow) Not yet sure any of the toe straightening stuff works.

I'm also giving myself nightly foot massages with moisturiser. I'm not yet sure this does anything useful other than feel nice and sort out my cracked heels, but it feels nice and sorts out my cracked heels, so...
