I think I subconsciously believe something like ‘writing is fake’. It’s linked to the social constructedness of theories, negotiations, identities, communities etc. Hard to prioritize work in this category (persuasion, advocacy) Any idea for how to approach this weird belief?

Hm. I don't have this, exactly, but I'm interested in if a different thing feels related? For me if I keep matching to internal nonverbal felt sense it feels real, whereas if I just sample from the existing verbal stream in my head it absolutely feels fake.

How abstract/big a thing can you write about while still sampling from an internal felt sense? E.g. government, money, community, city? I find I can write about interpersonal/close things like this but not bigger-scale things.

I don't write much about those particular topics, so don't really know about large-scale human stuff. For maths and physics I'm using internal felt sense all the time, so the 'abstract' bit doesn't sound like a problem to me.
