I came across
@eschwitz’s paper a few months after starting the project, but thought my results were very much consistent with this idea of “aiming for moral mediocrity”. I cited it in the discussion, and would love to keep exploring this idea.
Ah, so you did, should have looked more carefully before replying! (I thought I was looking at the references, but I was looking at the supplemental material)
