Not as much as I'd like! I'll have to have a think. Gendlin's Focusing is all about surfacing understanding, but mostly with quite generic personal-problem examples. I like specifics!

Part of my math learning process has been about recognizing and familiarizing the visceral correlates of the conceptual learning arc. I wish I had been taught this at school! I think the insight process cld be generalised though the specifics may be peculiarly individual.
