Seems like it would be more enjoyable teaching there than in a university, too. Little/no administrative overhead, presumably.

It is! I should probably spend *more* of my time administratoring but it's too much fun to teach here instead. The best part: students come voluntarily, expect to learn, and don't have to think about anything other than learning.
