    At the youth level, we teach the OL to first identify (1) where if the play going and (2) where is the defense aligned.

    OL on all Levels one of the simplest coaching points to master that will allow you to have to chance to be great is “EYE DISCIPLINE” Targets, Tracks, Fronts, Movement, Etc.... The Beauty is in the Details

    Playing football is a privilege not a right and is the reward for putting in work in the classroom first. Remember Student comes before Athlete.

    RECRUITs: I’m going to let you in on a SECRET. The NCAA doesn’t care how good of a player you are for the program. They have a SET academic STANDARD and if you don’t meet it, those cleats aren’t touching the grass. STUDY HARD | PLAY HARD

    Great day of Spring Practice when HC reminded the team that when he refers to the “skills” players, he’s talking about the OL. Even better to see how the team responded with respect. is more than the name on the jersey, it’s a culture.

    So proud of this young man - at a young age (c/o 2025) he's learned that preparation for football isn't just how hard he works at practice but the work he puts in before and after practice.
