that's 15 families that won't get to live in a dense walkable neighborhood because the people in power care more about a shadow covering 20% of the park for less than two hours on the longest day of the year than they do about housing people

In Hawaii we cant build over 150 - 220 feet in the most densely populated city so that people can see the ocean from their house, but then they get mad when they have to see all the homeless???
