    People often argue that debunking doesn't work because of the "backfire effect" and/or concern about amplification. In reality, little evidence to support these (entrenched) concerns. If done well, countering misinformation works and is needed! More, pls.

    Thinking of the and job losses. When oldies like me started, it was hard enough for women, near impossible for PoC, disabled or queer voices to break through. These new media outlets changed our national conversation and our perspective on life. Just gutted.

    We nearly lost Will 2020 give it a rest already?

    Boy did I have a wild last few days. Monday night I had a cardiac arrest while sleeping. My wife noticed I was breathing funny, checked my pulse, didn’t have one and started compressions. EMT arrived and shocked me.

    Christ twitter is unbearable when it gets its blinkers on. Why must everyone always assume the absolute worst interpretation of what someone has said. Particularly baffling when it comes from people who follow you therefore presumably know you aren’t actually evil.
