I just read the bill. Yes, indeed, because it defines an “unborn child” as coming into existence when an egg is fertilized, it would indeed cover eggs that never implant and so never cause pregnancy, and so make many MANY women automatic lawbreakers. A masterpiece of ignorance.

You know, talk to a doctor, maybe. Or even, you know, a woman.

Perhaps we need to send the products of miscarriage to the Congress offices so they can sift through it, of course it is just going to look like a period but that's their problem to solve. Ladies, you might want to start saving your used tampons and pads.

Given sperm is required to fertilize an egg, I hope they included in the bill charges of attempted murder for men's masturbation

They should also require them for all wasted sperm for any reason. Including masturbation and oral sex and condom use. With gravestones for each sperm. Invest in granite!!

So obviously this is extremely absurd, but if it passes would each "fertilized egg" also be considered a tax deduction in the same way that a still born child would be?
