i haven’t been able to afford a dentist for 3 years so now i’m going to pay hefty legal fees & spend years in court to sue a major corporation over a $20 electric toothbrush. i’m shaking.

I have no idea who this is, but he is right, right? Like, it's the law, he didn't call 911, and is seeking lawful recompense? Sure, the "shaking" thing is lame at face value, but IDK his deal, so maybe it was really stressful for him? What am I missing?
