I have a personal question about how it works with cancer can I email you?
What model systems’ embryos are easily dissociated into cells? Chemical method, ideally (not manual dissection), and we want the cells to stay alive (not for fixation). Can zebrafish? C. elegans? Other invertebrates? The weirder the better. Ideas?

You can at least dissociate cells in zebrafish embryos! There was a single-cell gene expression mapping published recently, and here's an old paper on culturing them:https://doi.org/10.1007/BF01404818 …

Second that. Zebrafish and Xenopus laevis embryos both simple for primary culture with CMF or trypsin dissociation, although I’ve always removed yolk or ventral gut region, haven’t tried whole embryo culture
