And all done in the twinkling of an eye, or nose. Perfect example of feedback reaching the parts it needs to reach and being acknowledged. Go , you're on a roll

Check out this lovely story on about care in The AMAZING thing (other than the lovely feedback!) is the fab responses from 4(!) staff members in multi disciplinary positions!

Interesting story from here in Oz... many of us have been that junior doctor who tries hard whilst quivering in our shoes. We need to make sure we support our colleagues therefore ensuring we keep our patients safe and reassured..

To my friends & colleagues- Happy Doctor’s Day! For all the late nights studying the Krebs cycle. For all the 2 am pages asking for cough drops. And most importantly, for all the sacrifice...Saying “no” to yourself & your family so you can say “yes” to your patients.

We are all human. We do make mistakes. But the ability to learn from those mistakes via the patient story is incredibly valuable!

This story really evidences the enormous value of and the ability for patients (and in this case a staff member) to feed back and initiate change. Now we need to get every staff member to read this!

Really proud to work with this amazing team that acknowledge and strive to change behaviour to make things better on the back of patient/relative feedback. Listening is key.
