Great insight by "Both & girls experience adultification, though it can show up differently depending on a child’s gender. We need to understand the unique experiences of & so we can better support & them.”

Confession: I am a paper (journal articles, notes w/ plans for never initiated projects) & furniture hoarder. I just feel like you can repurpose everything & I really like my stuff & my ideas. I think my kids and partner are about to start an intervention.

You have to know yourself. I’m not a team sports mom. I wasn’t into team sports in my youth. Not hating on anyone who is. I’m just a loner and this is a lot being a tournament team sports parent for my child.

A recently graduated PhD just texted me: "You’ve done more for me mentor-wise than [my advisor] did in 6 years." Hey, advisors! Don't make other people do your fucking job bc you don't give a shit. Or, if you can't handle students, don't take them on. Do better.
