Some of our @SkyNews visualisations of projected results from the exit poll - with @SamCoatesSky and @EdConwaySky providing the analysis... Labour is down everywhere but most in larger towns, the Conservatives are up everywhere apart from major cities.pic.twitter.com/A1rofJ1Z22

Change in the Conservative vote seems to have been highly correlated with support for Brexit.pic.twitter.com/34qJHpHMvQ

The pattern of change in the Labour vote is similar (down more in areas that voted to Leave), but rather bifurcated...pic.twitter.com/6HADbJb0Dn

Reinforcing the pattern from 2017, education is a new dividing line of British politics - the Conservative vote has increased most in constituencies with fewest graduates.pic.twitter.com/Tyn2CZkGIb

It seems that Labour suffered particularly heavy losses in constituencies with under 25% graduates, faring rather better in those with more than that.pic.twitter.com/mbaYRpmpXj

Perhaps there is a correlation between the inability to spell “Pinocchio” and the likelihood of voting for the son of someone who derides that inability?

Fear of 'the other' aka racism lite is high in this group. Plus a lack of critical thinking. Not meant as a criticism but an observation.

Of course, the number of graduates in a constituency doesn't mean they are uneducated. These voters are much smarter than the so-called "educated" students who supported Corbyn but haven't learned much.
