      pissed because my neighbor asked me to keep my precious baby on a leash in the courtyard because his german shepherd is leash reactive and not getting enough exercise!!!

      sure i guess it's "in the lease" that dogs must remain on a leash on the premises at all times, but you know what else is on the lease? that the dog be under 40 lbs!!! also lily was running around in the courtyard years before he got his dog
