yeah large bureaucratic orgs much tougher. eg you need to be able to walk upstairs and sit down in front of the desk of the person who is supposedly currently processing your logins

'Making onboarding work well in remote' will be like a pretty valuable MBA course when they catch up to the problem. But also an opportunity, people will be more averse to leave their teams due to how much it sucks to onboard.
