Most likely. I imagine it depends what % of your bundles you send to flashbots. However, now that I think about it, being globally distributed may give you a better view of the mempool for pending oracle updates. So, there's trade-offs/ optimizations

Flashbots is not particularly latency sensitive. It’s more about the gas price you pay.
