I've been involved with a few of these in the past. 100% success rate. At staying on the old legacy system.
i would bet that JPM's retail team will pull it off, if only because they have buy in from the new chief product guy who is clearly staking his credibility on it. when the C-suite is driving something like that it tends to grease the wheel quite a lot
