Try a nice dry Riesling from Alsace, and a Pinot noir from the Willamette valley in Oregon, you don't have to go above 30 bucks a bottle to get something really great

It’s just such a broad question. For reds, try something lighter like coastal Pinot, something rich and heavy like a Napa cab, something earthy like a Rhone shiraz, something tannic like Chianti Sangiovese. White try chard from Cali and then from France. Sauv blanc Sancerre

Pinot gris from friuli. Try a Prosecco and a champagne and a cuvée from the Loire. Idk just start drinking something and compare it to other things and buy more of the thing that you like
