I've kinda gotten used to them. I do like when you can pay the bill using your phone though

same in dc. one place recently told me they’re keeping the system for outdoor seats because it’s easier than walking the floor. i think it’s terrible, all around. Classist, ableist, shitty UX, and probably cuts net receipts by a lot due to hassle. “Another round?” vs ecomm?
