protocols that extract their own MEV (e.g. lending protocols also running most liquidations) seem like they're getting more and more real. at what point does reinvesting that MEV into the DAO treasury become a big differentiator?

interesting to see how many centralizing forces there are. I have a hunch that the economic incentives are misaligned with decentralization even with solutions like flashbots in the mix
Even flashbots only go so far right? Like at the end of the day they're still extracting MEV it's just offchain so as not to congest the network and bid up gas fees right? Apologies if I've misunderstood this is a new area for me
