Who has resources or referrals for tax specialist in employee benefits and tax code? The future is clearly, IMO, pro-employee. Employers gonna have to innovate to hire in the $20/hr range or lower. My heart is to offer path to equity. Not sure what is best way to do that.

for small privco i think profit share can make more sense than equity as you incent current employees, no concern about illiquid private stock, cash $ should be fine tax-wise for <20/hr range
