          The point is how misleading it is to compare their 2024 mult to peers' 2021 mult. No reason it shouldn't be apples-to-apples

          I agree with you it's very silly, an enterprising securities lawyer could surely have a go at it but I would gamble it's protected under safe harbor provisions
