Well for one thing, probably more than half the city lives outside 410, some even outside 1604 on the Northside. Half the city is underserved by this network. No stop at la cantera which is arguably the biggest tourist stop, etc etc

Sure, but I'd argue that laying a billion dollars or more of rail for small ROI is just as shortsighted. San Antonio right now is pursuing a BRT network that's both cheaper and had wider reach than what is contemplated here
