hard agree. My (second favorite to first favorite pet project of making Robinhood a GSE) pet project of massive social housing in cities as local regs and marginal builder pref. for luxury housing have persistently failed is getting more and more discussion (by me)
I've gotta disagree, I think the pandemic catalyzed the slow-motion disaster that is urban housing policy in most american cities. In the absence of local zoning/building policy changes I think there's a pretty persistent ceiling on supply
