      I’m just remarking that it’s very strange. In principle the CDC really should have the power to impose shelter in place orders federally but the problem runs much deeper. America is just not governable

      Fair enough. I was just thrown because given the powers the CDC does have I’m not sure what else can be asked of her specifically, federal agencies can’t just invent new powered for themselves.
