it's a perfect storm of "can be legit obstructive & disabling" and "incredibly vague symptoms list that could apply to anyone" and ppl making into an identity thing & memeing it out is only gonna lead to Bad Things
as a general rule someone should punch me in the face when i start to reply to a tweet about how "[problem] is Really a Symptom of Capitalism"
