It's possible to honor courage, integrity, and honesty in the face of intense intra-party pressure and animosity even when you disagree about policy.
Real courage implies taking real risks, and let's be real this doesn't pose a real risk to Republican power. Taking bad actors to task requires more than good TV. Maybe if Romney switched parties I'd give him some credit but a speech doesn't hurt the GOP at all
