Very weird that the Secretary of State in Wisconsin came right out and said “we have counted all of the votes and Joe Biden won” and the media hasn’t called it for him. Shouldn’t the actually legal authority calling it mean that it’s over?

I don't disagree necessarily, but purely as a matter of Wisconsin law either campaign can demand one if the margin is within 1%
