      In manhattan for a pre-war 3bed?? I mean the average home sale in the entire borough was $2MM even after the covid real estate crash... maybe in Harlem or LES it would be overpriced but in the village, tribeca, gramercy, UES, UWS, etc that would be an insane dealpic.twitter.com/jyDLEFpKYy

      You can easily find a 3 bed, 2 bath apt for 1.5, at a larger square footage, in places like UES or UWS. prices are coming down now too. I looked it up after your initial tweet. Tribeca is like the most expensive market in the city so sure, idk about there lol.
