Yes!! In SA they have an immersion program where all classes are in Spanish and every year it has a massive waitlist

I feel like immersion is not quite the same as offering classes in a foreign language but also from my understanding oil money makes public ed hit different in TX

Yeah you're not wrong... The immersion program is only at the wealthiest elementaries in SA which goes to show what it takes do make it happen. But it's pretty crazy, it's a full 5 year program!
