      ED knows who qualifies for this disability-based loan forgiveness, but decided to mail letters to those people asking them to jump through hoops. Are you really disabled? Are you working? If so, are you making too much money? That's if the person even GOT the letter!

      This is the second ED loan forgiveness program that NPR has found massive issues with, and both come down to stupid paperwork errors. But tell me again why we should include means testing for free public uni or health care
