I think betterment does it, yeah. But like on a net basis it washes out through a robo because they capture the tax savings through their own service fees
Like the only way to truly execute tax loss harvesting would be to buy the SPX one by one, and even then most average people invest in a tax advantaged account like a 401k anyway so it wouldn't make any difference
