I think this is probably what I'll do, but I'm kinda nervous they'll just say "oh well we need a few weeks" and then I'll just have to walk away
Need some career advice friends:
What do you do if you've gotten a good offer, but you're very early on in another interview process that you think could yield a better offer?
I can't just keep the offer pending forever, not sure what to do 
and a bird in the hand, etc. etc.

Yeah, essentially echo everyone else. You can totally leverage your existing offer to speed up the other process, and likely you can extend at the offer. Like others, happy to talk more specifics. Congrats man! I know you’ve been looking forward to this
