    Artists, and other desk workers, if you can afford it... Get. Forearm. Massage. And shoulder/back/leg massage too if you can, but forearm and hand massage can do SO much to prevent carpal tunnel. -Sincerely, someone that has worked on hundreds of forearms.

    Early on in my career, we used to have these little rooms with a bed in that you could go and sleep in for a bit if you got tired. They were called “on call” rooms. Then someone decided to turn them into offices cos you don’t need to sleep on a shift.

    CN: food Almost there to being done!! Add the can of full-fat coconut milk, stir, and add the chopped red cabbage. Cover and cook for a few minutes - enough to soften the Cabbage, but not enough to turn it into mush. /12

    A nearly full pot of Thai curry, with the cabbage still raw. All that's left to add now is the rice.
