This pandemic may have effected our children’s education only by one year, but the psychological trauma we have placed on them may take upwards of 5 years to recover, if we’re lucky. For some (and likely the most vulnerable) effects may be permanent.

Amazingly, only 165 patients have been hospitalized with the flu in the US since October. Last season, we had 400k hospitalizations! The staggering difference may be due to better hygiene practices / changes in the bacterial gradient field. Either way, continue washing your hands

I worry about children’s overexposure to sexual content. Just looking at hyper-sexual images shatters the upper limits of their brains capacity to regulate itself. The consequences may be more severe than we know. Their ability to have stable relationships may be jeopardized.

According to the CDC, if you’re fully vaccinated, you can take your masks off, stop physically distancing, and resume activities that you did prior to the pandemic. Check with your local laws, but if you’re going to wear a mask once fully vaccinated, then why get vaccinated?

Because school has moved online, children and adolescents now have access to the internet with little to no monitoring. Strikingly, there’s a 135% increase in sexting, ranging from high school down to 3rd grade! They’re as young as 9! We MUST get kids back into school.
