    So a resolution to adjourn sine die signed by Osborne exists. That doesn’t necessarily mean it will be called today or will even be officially filed today. But it does mean that if House GOP hits a dead end, they could call the resolution and adjourn sine die.

    Huh. Missing from this new pension bill - it was in SB 151 - is conflict-of-interest language meant to prohibit lawmakers, state officials and KRS board members from profiting from KRS investments. Did that fall on the floor somewhere? ^JC

    Overheard in gaggle: Dennis Keene and Rocky Adkins go up to Osborne to ask what’s going on. “You gonna let us be part of the conversation?” Osborne shakes his head and then says “who says we’re having a conversation.”
