    If I’m flying to another country, I feel I am morally obligated to reduce the chances that I will consume their limited health care resources if I get sick. Altruism only goes so far, and basic insurance will barely cover two days in an ICU.

    Before you tell me this was due to a medical condition let me give you a tour of the trauma ward. This driver should have to go through a full medical and subsequent drivers’s exam before being allowed back on the road.
