But we know that leaving someone unvaccinated is very unsafe. Surely this is taken into account when choosing to not vaccinate?

Dr. Jay has been making recommendations not to vaccinate based on no evidence as long as I've known him. Back in the day, he used to insist that vaccines could cause autism in spite of the mountains of evidence that didn't support his position.

Yes. And he thinks complicity with a parent to not vaccinate on schedule is equivalent to "do no harm". Uninformed inactivity, however, is clearly a CUMULATIVE GREAT HARM to many that he seems not to worry about.
