So this week I've started getting up early in the mornings to exercise. I know it's supposed to be good for my energy to do it in the morning but I think I'm going to have to change to evenings. I keep falling asleep while writing blog posts and my quality is suffering for it.

I might need to start doing that. I don't want to give up part of my leisure time to exercise but that'd be better than sleeping through it!
