Whoever put together the inventory for our flat was so meticulous they actually included a dead fly they found as part of it and left it there for us

In the end we didn't move in as there were some safety concerns (holes in walls and suspicions of rats, there were a few other things from electrics and security) and with the inventory not matching up we went back to them and talked about it and didn't move. Not worth it.

I think it was a lucky escape. Might have been stuff that was going to get sorted but we weren't told anything.
