Just booked to go to Amsterdam for a few days in August!!! Has anyone been there before and got any touristy recommendations?

Ooo I love Amsterdamn. Definitely go to the Van Gogh gallery and Rijksmuseum, rent a bike to get around, do a canal boat tour, visit the Anne Frank House (less fun, but important), tour the red light district at night and feel weird after... there's a lot to do there.
Thank you! That's a lot! Will add all that to my list. I'm hoping I'll have enough time to do everything, I like to cram as much as I can into my holidays!
