An article“Harmful Chemicals in Electronic Cigarettes”lists 42 chemicals in electronic cigarettes [gaspforair.org].Research sources listed. SCIENCE NEWS “Health Risks of E-cigarettes Emerge”, 2014.This is not new! I am angry about 2nd hand vapor!

I know right? Very low levels of 42 chemicals versus very high levels of 9,000 chemicals including 80 carcinogens in cigarette smoke... Wait, what? Second hand smoke are a relatively low risk (RR 1.3). Second hand vapor risks are zero.

Thanks but do you have refs? And what's RR 1.3?
Risk ratio (RR) of 1.3 means risk is elevated 30% (usually w/large margin of error). Odd Ratio is a similar measure.
Google Scholar search for second hand smoke risk ratio. Here are 1st 3 that come up....

Never-smokers' risk of lung cancer is about one in 1,000. If you live with a smoker and are, thus, exposed to 2nd hand smoke, your risk will be 1.3 in 1,000. This is THE risk that justifies designated smoking zones & no smoking in public places.
