Melatonin gummies are a good way to go. They're natural. I've got a full unopened jar if you want them. Talk to your doctor before you go also about maybe zquil or Tylenol pm

Yeah I'll check in the morning and make sure I still have them. They're like strawberry flavored. Melatonin isn't strong enough for me so I gave up on the shit lol I need like prescription sleep meds to sleep and even those don't work half the time
