Fuck Michael's. I had to leave early the other day because I had barely slept in 2 days and couldn't stay awake. I got dragged into the stock room and got yelled at and berated. My SM told me not to expect a lot of hours anymore because I'm "not reliable anymore"

So I went to check my schedule for next week to see what time I need to get up tomorrow for work. I had 4 shifts next week. Now I have none. He said he wasn't going to fire me but that shows me right there I'm most likely fired.

He wouldn't even let me plead my case. I was told once another manager came in I could leave. So I called my mom to come get me. Then I was told I couldn't leave for another hour. My mom can't sit in the car for a full hour with how bad her hip is.

Like she literally just got out of physical rehab and is somewhat walking on her own and driving but if she sits in the same position for too long it causes her pain.

So as I tried to explain WHY I hadn't slept in days (since I'm taking care of my mom) he yelled at me and said "no you know what just go. Merry Christmas. Don't expect a lot of hours anymore because you're not reliable anymore"

And I even asked him "am I getting fired" and he said no but you won't be getting a lot of hours now. So essentially yes I got fired.
